GENERAL.
01. All videos edited by me can only be used and uploaded by the client themselves.
↳ In the case of long form videos, only the client is allowed to make shorts and repost them to their own social media.02. Client must not distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commission request as their own. Please credit pogmafia or @pogmafia accordingly.
↳ This applies to both video edits and overlay designs.03. I reserve the right to publish commissions for marketing/promotional/portfolio purposes.04. Please only submit intellectual properties (art, logo, music, etc.) that you own and have the rights to modify and used as part of the edit/design. Any intellectual properties submitted for edit or design means you are providing a license for me to publish any of the art as part of the design I have created.05. All assets will be delivered as .PNG files and videos as .MP4 files sent via Google Drive. Files will be stored for 2 weeks after initial delivery date. Client is responsible for downloading and storing their files.06. I do not guarantee deadlines but will try my best to meet fast turnaround dates. If you have a hard deadline, please feel free to discuss with me. Client will also be notified of any delays.
↳ Rush orders are available. Rush fees will be an additional upwards of 50%.07. A maximum of 2 FREE revisions are included for each video I edit/overlay I design. Any extra revisions will incur a fee of $10 per revision after the initial free revisions. It is the client’s own responsibilities to notify me ahead of time about major changes that might affect the project’s final outcome.08. A maximum of 3 business days is requested of the client for confirmation/approvals on revisions of commissions or editing requests. If I do not get a response after 3 days, I will continue the work and proceed to deliver the final product.09. Any major changes and/or new design direction will be subject to additional charges once the initial approval of design direction has been given. Final completion date of commission/request may be at risk due to any major changes. An additional fee will incur if there are too many frequent changes to the commission/request.10. I reserve the right to refund, cancel, or decline any commission requests at any stage for any reason.11. 01. All payments will be made through Paypal invoice in USD only.02. Payment must be completed in full before work begins. It is also required upfront to secure a spot for your commission request.03. Refunds are only permitted if the commission has not been started.
↳ If I must personally cancel the commission, client will be given a full refund.04. Any non-discussed chargebacks will be viewed as scams and I reserve the right to take any legal actions necessary as a result.05. Thanks!
